- Am I listening to the station at the peak period for the Internet either at the station or in my location? If so, the Internet congestion may be the reason for intermittent signal and buffering or for the streaming software to halt the transmission. Or the server at the station which streams the signal may be overloaded, so that its stream is intermittent or it refuses your request for the stream.
- Am I attempting to listen at an unusual hour of the day at the station location? If so, the station may not broadcast 24 hours a day, so no stream is being transmitted.
- Am I not hearing what I expected? Many times stations change formats/genres with new owners, or broadcast different genres at different times of the week. Please let me know if you believe the station has changed its primary format/genre.
Thank you.
